The rules for using Lucry products, licenses, accounts and services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to everything offered on lucry.org: the website, our software, keys and support (together the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order or using a Lucry product, you agree to these terms, our refund policy and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Who we are

Lucry operates lucry.org. "We", "us" and "Lucry" refer to the operator of lucry.org. You can reach us as described in section 17.

3. Products

We sell digital products: licenses for our software ("Products" or "DLCs"), delivered as a key or as login details. Each product page lists what the product does, its requirements and the available durations. Please check the requirements before you buy. If a variant is out of stock, it cannot be ordered.

4. Your account

  • You sign in with Discord. Your Lucry account, your orders, keys and support tickets are linked to that Discord account.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in, order or open tickets.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share it or let others use it.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • If you lose access to your Discord account, open a ticket or email us. We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order ID and payment transaction, before we can help.

5. Orders, prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros. You create your order from your basket and then choose how to pay within 24 hours: Litecoin (LTC) with automatic delivery, or a request for PayPal (Friends & Family). For PayPal we open a support ticket for your order, send you the payment details there and deliver the order by hand. An order without a chosen payment method expires after 24 hours.
  • When you choose Litecoin we convert the price to LTC at the current exchange rate and lock it for 30 minutes. You get your own payment address and the exact amount to send. If the 30 minutes run out, you can start a new payment window at the then current rate within the 24 hours.
  • Network fees are paid by you. If you send too little, your order page shows the missing amount. Send it to the same address within the 30 minutes.
  • Payments that arrive after the 30 minutes are reviewed by hand. If you paid too much or twice, contact support with your order ID.
  • Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. We cannot recover coins sent to a wrong address, on a different network or as a different currency.
  • The contract is concluded once your full payment is confirmed on the Litecoin network or, for PayPal, once we confirm in the ticket that your payment has arrived.

6. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed (one confirmation for orders up to €100, three for larger orders), your key is sent to the email address you entered with your order and shown on your order page. This usually takes a few minutes, but can take longer when the network is busy. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder. Your key is always available in your account.

PayPal orders are delivered by hand once we have received your payment, by email and on your order page like any other order. Orders we set up for you in a support ticket appear in your account and have their own order page as well.

7. Your license

  • With full payment you get a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Product for the duration you bought, for non-commercial use.
  • How long a key works and on how many PCs it can be used depends on the Product and is shown on the product page.
  • If you switch PCs or have trouble activating your key, open a ticket and we will help within reasonable limits.
  • You may not share, sell, rent or give away your key or your account.

8. Resale and unauthorized sellers

Keys are only sold on lucry.org. Reselling or passing on keys is not allowed unless we have agreed to it in writing. Keys bought or sold through other channels, such as marketplaces, Discord servers, Telegram groups or other messaging apps, will be revoked without refund. We do not refund keys bought from third parties. If you come across an unauthorized seller, please let our support know.

9. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • crack, decompile, reverse engineer or modify our software, bypass its licensing, or distribute modified versions;
  • run our software in virtual machines, emulators, sandboxes, containers, cloud instances or remote desktop sessions. It is made for physical hardware and may refuse to run elsewhere;
  • run it alongside debuggers, reverse engineering tools, memory editors or packet analyzers;
  • use the Services for anything illegal or to harm others.

If you break these rules, we may revoke your license and close your account without refund. Attempts to crack or redistribute our software may also lead to legal action.

10. Use at your own risk

You decide how you use our Products and you are responsible for it. Using third-party software can break the rules of the games you play and may lead to warnings, suspensions or permanent bans of your game accounts. We are not responsible for these consequences, and they are not a reason for a refund. Please follow the laws that apply to you.

11. Availability and connection

We work hard to keep the Services running, but we cannot guarantee that they are always available. Game updates can make a Product unavailable for a while until we have updated it. We are not responsible for problems caused by your internet provider, your network or firewall, DNS blocking or regional restrictions, and such problems are not a reason for a refund.

12. Refunds

Our refund policy explains when a refund is possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

13. Intellectual property

The website, our software, texts, graphics and logos belong to Lucry or its licensors. Copying and distribution of this material is prohibited without our written permission.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts and revoke licenses if these terms are broken. Serious or repeated violations of the rules of our Discord server count as a breach of these terms. You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to delete your account through support.

15. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and where liability is required by law. For slight negligence we are only liable if we breach an essential contractual obligation, and only for the damage that was typical and foreseeable at the time of the contract. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We announce important changes on this website before they take effect. Orders you have already placed are governed by the terms that applied when you ordered.
